I have lived here for several years and the new management has taken my experience to a whole new level. Community events to bring residences together are amazing. Any maintenance requests are promptly completed and everyone who works in the office and maintenance is super friendly and makes living here more enjoyable. The heated pools and workout room are just perks of living here, I plan on being here many more years!
Lakeisha & Sasha are a great team! Excellent customer service, and can answer all your questions! Not to mention they have the best prices and specials in the area! as a professional I see a lot of properties but Residences at Palm Valley is one of my favorites!

I love the area it is located in, the applebee's is close and the schools are nice. Clean place and nice staff!
