I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for my leasing landlord, Lisa. Over the past few months, my life has been incredibly stressful. I had a baby and then lost my job right before maternity leave. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life. I felt hopeless at times, not knowing where my children and I would lay our heads or what our next step would be. The fear of the unknown was overwhelming. But in the middle of all that uncertainty, Lisa and her entire staff truly showed what it means to care about their residents. I know they hear excuses and difficult stories every single day. I know they understand that hard times can come unexpectedly. Yet, despite all of that, Lisa took the time to hear me out. She listened with patience, understanding, and compassion. She didn’t treat me like just another tenant she treated me like a person going through a real-life hardship. She was patient with me while I worked to figure my life out. During my absolute lowest point, when I didn’t know where to turn next, Lisa believed in me. And that meant more than I can ever put into words. The location itself is excellent, but what truly makes this place special is being with a leasing company that genuinely cares about its residents. That kind of support truly matters. It makes all the difference. I will never forget where I was during that time in my life and I will never forget how Lisa stood by with patience and understanding. Who knows where I would be today if she hadn’t believed in me the way she did. May God bless Lisa and the entire staff for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I am forever grateful.

The Residence at Palm Valley has truly been a great place to live! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been super welcoming and helpful with any questions or maintenance requests. The property is always kept clean and well taken care of, and the landscaping makes the whole community feel peaceful and well-maintained. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and I love how quiet and safe it feels here. Parking is easy, and the amenities are a big plus—especially the pool and gym! It’s also in a perfect location: close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, but still tucked away enough to feel private. Overall, living here has been a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend The Residence at Palm Valley to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-managed place to call home!

Just moved in we have 2 deffernt apartments with my family, we love it here. The 3 maintenance is Miriam, Carlos. And Juan they are the best maintenance I've ever met. They are hard-working. They always come over to make sure if I need anything. And they fix it, i've even had one of them go by apart to make sure they could get this stuff fixed, they're super sweet, respectful, even to where they take their shoes off before they walk on my floor you're not gonna find harder working maintenance than that i've seen some reviews, and I know they're false. I live here, my family lives here. We have 2 different apartments here. We just moved in but my brothers lived here for 8 months and mariam carlos and Juan are amazing. They are so hard-working. I can't believe how hard they work. And uh, grand how fast they are at making sure they come over and take care of everything that we need. So I do not agree with these bad post. it is false to all 3 of you guys keep up the hard work and know you're appreciated, and I respect everything that you guys do and I am so thankful that you guys actually work here. Back in "Hot Water". We were encountering an issue of getting hot water in our apartment. Carlos was in the next day after submitting a maintenacne request. At that point it seemed like a simple breaker popped. Or so we thought, 3 days later we still had no hot water and the breaker was no longer popping. Miriam then came in to see; they were thorough with checking things out. A new hot water heater needed to be ordered. As fate would have it, this was a Friday, so we endured through the weekend and then it became a comedy of errors THROUGH NO FAULT of the complex, Miriam or Carlos. Wrong water heater delivered, new water heater operated under a new element systeom... AT NO POINT did Miriam or Carlos stop working to get the water heater functioning. They were at the apartment first thing in the morning, would try something, check back, try something, check back. We could not have asked for individuals to be more diligent, conscientlous or professional.

It’s always a pleasure to interact with the Residences at Palm Valley Leasing Office. Their maintenance team is top notch! Miralani and Carlos are always pleasant to work with. They expedite maintenance work requests and we’ve always had a positive timely response. The Leasing Office staff are also nice to deal with. Every one of the employees we speak to are courteous and friendly, especially Aisha. We are satisfied tenants and plan to make Residences at Palm Valley a long time residence for us!

I have to honestly say Aisha and her co-worker is amazing. Aisha was so helpful to our family during our difficult time. However, we currently have some issues with our apartment but, I do trust they will eventually get our issues resolved asap. So far, my family love our apartment and how spacious it is. The inside is beautiful!!! Very clean! We live in a very quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are quiet and mine their business.

Much renewed life in the property and staff with the coming of new maintenance staff. I personally got to meet Angel L. While there was no maintenance our heater had gone out. As soon as he arrived, at Tides at Palm Valley he was able to obtain bids and get the heater replaced in a reasonable amount of time once the situation was handed to him. I have had not much interaction with the office staff. They seem to have good communication through the portal /text message . When needing a quicker response than phone or email.
